We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the sameday with next working day delivery (excl. weekends and bank holidays) for stock items excluding Rhino Modular Roof Racks where orders must be placed before 2pm for sameday dispatch. All delivery timescales are anticipated and are not guaranteed.

Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Example 1:-

Monday Before 3PM - Order Placed.
Monday(Day 1) - Order Processed and Dispatched Via Courier Company.
Tuesday (Day 2) - Items(s) Out For Delivery.

Example 2:-

Monday After 3PM - Order Placed.
Monday(Day 1) - Order Processed.
Tuesday (Day 2) - Dispatched Via Courier Company.
Wednesday (Day 3) - Items(s) Out For Delivery.

Your delivery must be signed for and if not delivered you will be carded and the order will be returned to the local delivery depot awaiting your collection. After 3 days if not collected the item will be returned to the Manufacturer. Should you wish the delivery left unsigned for please leave a signed note on the front door stating where you wish the delivery left.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Customers will be responsible for the carriage/delivery cost of all returns using their own courier/means.
